Abstract Submission

ABSTRACT SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

Before submitting your abstract for the conference, please do read the following guidelines.

TITLE; It should be short enough to reflect the content of the abstract. It should be written in all capital letters.

AUTHOR(S); The name(s) should be written in the order of NAME-SURNAME. The name(s) of the author(s) (first letter capitalized only) and surnames (all upper case letters) must be written clearly. Titles of the participants should not be written. 

INSTITUTION(S); Institutions should be written with clear names, departments and cities according to the order of the author names. Authors and institutions do not need to be shown with any token.

ABSTRACTS; Abstracts must be written in plain text, without tables, pictures and formulas.

Abstracts will be written English.

ABSTRACTS are limited to 300 - 500 word; TITLE, AUTHOR(S) and INSTITUTION(S) are exempt from these limitations. The system will not allow more than 500 words to be written in this field.

Abstracts will include titles, authors (s), institutions (s) and abstracts, respectively.

The subtitles included in the English abstracts will follow this order: PURPOSE, MATERIALS AND METHOD, RESULTS and CONCLUSION.

It is necessary to specify preference for poster or oral presentation. The Scientific Committee has the right to change the way of the presentations.

 

Preparation for Submission;
Before you start, please prepare the following information: 

  • Presenting author's contact details 
    • Email address
    • Full postal address 
    • Phone number 
  • Author and co-authors' details 
    • Full first and family name(s) 
    • Authors' names must be in upper and lower case (John B SMITH) 
    • Affiliation details: department, institution / hospital, city, state (if relevant), country 

 

SUBMISSION PROCESS 

  • Abstracts must be submissions to soner@diamed98.com
  • Abstracts must be received by the announced deadline. Abstracts received after the deadline will not be considered. 

 

 

ACCEPTED ABSTRACTS

Invitations and presentation forms of the accepted abstracts will be sent by e-mail to the author(s) by September 15 and will be published on our internet site.

Only the corresponding author will be responsible to present the research, and that author is also responsible for notifying other authors of the paper.

Accepted abstracts will be included in the Abstract Book, and full texts to be requested later will be included in the Conference Proceedings Book.

In order for presentations to be accepted as abstracts, it is compulsory that the presenter who will present the study is registered into the system. In addition to the authors who will be presenting, other authors also need to register if they wish to attend the congress.

Oral presentations or poster presentations that are not presented during the conference will not be published.

Oral presentations: Oral presentation dates and times will be announced after acceptance.

Poster presentations: Poster presentation dates and times will be announced after acceptance. Poster presentations will be made electronically. The presentation preparation guidelines will also be sent to the authors along with the acceptance letter.

 

DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF ABSTRACTS: September 10, 2018

Submissions after this date will not be accepted. 

REVIEW POLICY

Name(s) and surname(s) of the authors of the papers will be kept confidential and will be made according to the results of the peer review process.

Abstracts will be accepted only if they are accepted by at least (2) two reviewers.

The final decision on the presentation format (oral presentation, poster) of the notification belongs to the reviewers. In order to be able to present the accepted paper and to be included in the program, the presenter must complete the congress registration by 18 September 2018 at the latest.

All abstracts will be subject to peer-review process. The final decision of the review process will be sent to all presenters.

Each registered participant can participate the conference with a maximum of 3 (three) papers.

Each registered participant has the right to submit 1 (one) notice free of charge; the 2nd and 3rd need to be paid extra.

Note; Supposing there exists sufficient demand, virtual presentation(s) can be made.
